Cameras
My favourite cameras that I use most often are my Canon EOS 70D and my Intax (of course most day to day photos are on my iphone just for ease). Family events or special occasions (and this website) are when the "good" cameras come out to play!
Gallery Walls
My obsession with photos- it is real! I have a terrible time choosing between photos to display because each one to me is so special. Due to this fact, every room has photos, and our entryway and living room each have a gallery wall. I have added in Kit's art though so it may tone down he picture craziness a bit haha.
Scrapbooks
I scrapbook a yearbook each year and all trips in their own books- Now I use Mixbook, to save mainly on space, but up until 2011 I was doing the entire thing by hand. Real paper, stickers, stencils, writing under each photo, and I even have a few pages my Grandma Bev had made as well. I absolutely cherish every book, every page, and I look back on them often.
DVD Collection
Though Netflix has pretty much taken over our tv and movie watching, we still do have a DVD/Blueray collection. We have pulled them out from time to time, especially since having Kit. Those kiddo movies I felt weird about keeping are now useful yet again! Kit gets excited to watch a "real" movie and we make it a special thing we do as a family with forts and snacks!
Photographers
Without photographers (or videographers) really all we are stuck with are grainy candid drinking photos- and those can be great memories- but a professionals photo captures a little more in a way that makes you want to show them all off to the world. My personal favourite style is lifestyle. These professionals below have all provided me and my family some amazing photos to cherish over the years, and I personally would recommend any one of them if you are looking to get some photos done yourself.
